Quality
One of the main considerations of FILTROS ANOIA, S.A., is that the general concept of quality is not only to manufacture the products well. For this reason, the quality in the production process of the filters is promoted from three aspects considered priority:
Commitment to total quality: Manufacturing and distribution of products and materials with a high demand, enhancing the feed-back so that the customer has the maximum guarantees of satisfaction. Not only at the product level, also dedicating great efforts in the service, advice and personalized attention. This attention (especially important for Anoia Filters), is dedicated to buyers as well as distributors and collaborators of various kinds. To guarantee a management that allows maximum use of each of the information, doubts or comments from collaborators, and to establish the appropriate methodologies for each situation, Filtros Anoia implemented the ISO 9001 quality system.
Respect for the Environment: The manufacturing processes of the paper industry, in some cases, can be a strong aggression to the environment. In FILTERS ANOIA, S.A. This risk has been completely eliminated through the implementation of the ISO 14001 environmental management system. Thus, the factory carries out the production in a totally closed system in which the water is 100% recycled to be reused in the process. Regarding the paper pulps used, their preparation is carried out from legally controlled plantations.
Respect for the health of people: A part of the filter papers that are made in Anoia Filters, are used in filtration processes for the production of food (vegetable oils, essences, high-end wines, animal fats, margarines, etc.). ) as well as other products for human consumption (cosmetics, drugs ...).
To make it possible to comply with the three specifications, Filtros Anoia only uses raw materials of optimum quality (noble fibers of cellulose, third generation bonding resins, high quality process waters ...), only thus, filter papers Filter-Lab can comply with the most recent regulations (Spanish, German and European) regarding the purity and quality of the materials that must be in contact with food and consumer products.
